     Note : This program requires that you have the VBRUN300.DLL
     library installed in your windows\system directory.

     This program may be installed by executing (under Windows) the
     provided SETUP.EXE file.  Alternatively, copy all files into a
     directory of your choice and run NETSCOUT.EXE to start the program.

     This program is distributed as shareware. The program and all
     accompanying documentation are copyrighted. You may use the
     program for no charge for up to 10 days for evaluation purposes.
     If you keep and use the program beyond that period you must pay
     the registration fee.

     Please see the accompanying document SCOUT.TXT for operating
     instructions and for information on purchasing the program. The
     file SCOUT.DOC is a Micrsoft Word For Windows version of that
